Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our return policy works:

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for physical products. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date.

Physical Products

Changed Your Mind? We understand! Physical books and curriculum materials may be returned within 30 days if they meet these conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition
  • No writing or markings in books (including pencil marks that have been erased)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Choose your refund option:

  • Full store credit for the purchase price, OR
  • Refund to original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items with writing or in used condition cannot be accepted

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable since files are immediately downloadable at the time of purchase.

Exception: If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your digital files, please contact us immediately at sarah@homeschooling4him.com and we'll work to resolve it or provide a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully package and inspect all orders, but mistakes can happen! If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at sarah@homeschooling4him.com (within 7 days of delivery is preferred). We'll make it right with a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sarah@homeschooling4him.com with "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll review your request and send you return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Package your items securely and ship to the address provided
  5. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We'll notify you within 5-7 business days whether your return is approved
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or as store credit if you chose that option) within 7-10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
